Vivage in Colorado seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient care and related activities under the Staff Therapist, adhering to medical practices and company policies.

The role involves teamwork with coworkers, respecting resident rights, and occasional travel between facilities as directed by supervision. A valid OTA licensure and graduation from an approved program are required to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program

Position Summary
