Job summary

Clear Creek Care Center seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of a Staff Therapist. The role supports established medical practices and company policies while promoting dignity and respect for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, upholding rights, and traveling between facilities as needed. A licensed OTA with strong teamwork and communication will thrive in this patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant required.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
