Job summary

Wheatridge Care Center seeks a compassionate, team-oriented Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a staff therapist. You will help deliver high-quality, person-centered care across our facilities while upholding dignity and respect for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting in patient activities, collaborating with co-workers, and traveling between Wheatridge Care Center facilities as needed to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to high quality, person-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to travel or float between facilities as needed.

Position Summary

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

Duties And Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
