Therapy Solutions is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. The role is part-time (0.6 FTE, ~24 hours/week) and on-site within a school setting.

You will perform evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support students’ functional participation and learning. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in OT, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and experience with school-aged

Responsibilities

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. What You’ll Be Doing*:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' ability to access and succeed in their educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with their IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ individual needs in dynamic school environments.
