Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join for the 2026–2027 school year. This on-site role in Seattle, WA is 0.8 FTE with ASAP coverage through 12/18/26, supporting students within IEP goals.

You will conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatments, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to remove barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT in the state where services will be provided.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ individual needs in dynamic school environments.
• Values collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' access and success in educational environments.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for classroom modifications and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT.

What You’ll Be Doing*

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
