Therapy Solutions is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team in Seattle for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers 0.8 FTE on-site coverage with a full-time schedule and collaboration with school teams to support students’ IEP goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in OT, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and experience with school-aged children. This position emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ needs in dynamic school environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' access and success in educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. What You’ll Be Doing*:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
