Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans, and delivering direct OT services aligned with IEP goals.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and help staff apply strategies for generalization of therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ individual needs in dynamic school environments.
• Student-centered services and collaboration are valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' access and success in educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and progress documentation.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization of therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in school-based OT.

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. What You’ll Be Doing*:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.

• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
