Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PruittPlace - ALF Therapy Services in Georgia. This PRN/Part Time role involves evaluating, treating, and documenting care for residents according to an individualized plan.

Join a provider committed to patient-centered post-acute care with ongoing merit increases, career growth programs, and supportive resources. Valid OT license in GA required; NBCOT eligibility or certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program and NBCOT eligible or certified.
• If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
