Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join an Acute Rehab Unit. Schedule may be Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts), with hours sometimes shared 50/50 between Acute Rehab and Inpatient units.

Under physician guidance, assess functional needs, set measurable goals, and implement treatment plans using a range of occupational therapy techniques.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Idaho licensure to practice occupational therapy is required.

• Assess baseline self-care function and cognitive/sensory-muncton as indicated.
• Set functional goals and treatment outcomes based on initial assessment.
• Plan and implement OT treatment programs, adjusting to patient progress.
