Job summary

You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, collaborate with families and disciplines, and document care per department standards. Must float between units and provide skilled OT services to geriatric and neurological populations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to analyze patient data to determine patient needs or treatment goals.
• Must be able to enter patient or treatment data into computers.
• Must be able to collaborate with others to plan or provide treatment.
• Must have normal vision and hearing or correctable to normal.
• Must be reliable and thorough in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of care for assigned patient load including evaluations and formulat​ing plan of care.
• Collaborate of care plans with patient, family and other disciplines.
• Perform therapeutic interventions and education.
• Meet all documentation requirements outlined in department.
• Geriatric, Neurological, Stroke & Amputation patient care.
