Nealy Pierce in Roanoke, VA seeks a full-time Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist to deliver neuro-focused patient care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to treat Parkinson's, Stroke, TBI, spinal cord, ortho and cardiac patients, focusing on high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

Patients average about 22 days length of stay, with a 90% return-to-home rate and a 75% productivity standard.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapist, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapist, and 2 Speech Language Pathologist. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate.
