Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation. You’ll work with stroke, brain injury, SCI and other patients, with a 3-week stay flow and daily patient load.

A mentorship program supports growth and a compassionate, evidence-based care approach. We offer a $10,000 sign-on, $5,000 relocation assistance, a $30,000 loan repayment program, and benefits including insurance, 401k match, and PTO.

• Full-time Hospital-Based permanent position
• $10,000 Sign-On + $5,000 relocation assistance
• Inpatient Rehab position working with Stroke, Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord (SCI), Polytrauma, and more
• Mentorship and training from an experienced Therapist
• Work with a compassionate and caring team that focuses on delivering patient-centered care and improving outcomes through evidence-based practices
• 1 hour blocked out daily for documentation

Full-time, permanent, Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Physical Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their time of need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact on their recovery during their 3-week stay, and have the opportunity to see them make drastic improvements as they progress. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 5-6 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
