Lancesoft INC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations and individualized therapy to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings in Missouri. The OT will help patients improve functional abilities, independence, mobility, and quality of life.

The role requires a degree in Occupational Therapy; new graduates are welcome, with one year of experience preferred. Washington State OT license is required or in process; strong communication and clinical reasoning skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• New graduates welcome; one year of experience preferred.
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license required or in the process of obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, range of motion, and daily functioning.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, balance, and other conditions.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment, transfers, safety, and home programs.
• Perform home assessments and recommend appropriate modifications and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, staff meetings, and department in-services.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals.

Salary: $89,440–$124,800 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $8,000
