Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist - FT with a $8,000 sign-on bonus in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Must be licensed and ready to join a collaborative team under Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if state requires.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
