Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Butte, Montana is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will provide direct services to children and adolescents, develop treatment plans, and communicate with families and team members to support growth and independence.

This in-person role offers daytime hours, competitive pay of $80,000–$95,000 per year, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE/AOTA accredited program.
• National Board for Certification required.
• Compliant with state regulatory requirements for OT practice.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and OT programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to children and adolescents.
• Give feedback to families and other team members.
• Conduct assessments and develop individual treatment plans.
• Assess home and school environments and propose adjustments.
• Advise on adaptive equipment for daily activities.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluate progress and adjust therapy program accordingly.
