Advanced Therapy Clinic in Billings, MT is seeking a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will provide direct OT services to children and adolescents and develop treatment plans with input from families and school staff.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 depending on hours and experience, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO) plus mentorship in a supportive, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE/AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification required for practice.
• Compliant with state healthcare regulations and up-to-date in OT practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to children and adolescents.
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans.
• Educate families and school staff to support client progress.
• Assess home and school environments and advise on adaptive equipment.

Education and Requirements:
