Lourdes Behavioral Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:30pm. The position focuses on evaluating patients, designing and implementing therapy plans, and educating families while coordinating discharge and adaptive equipment needs.

Eligible candidates have WA state OT licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Comprehensive benefits available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Licensure: WA State Licensure for Occupational Therapy.
• Certifications: BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills.
• Designs the plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment.
• Implements the treatment plan and documents progress.
• Seeks consultation as necessary.
• Educates patient and family about deficits.
• Discharges patient from therapy and treatment setting.
• Provides information on adaptive equipment and support programs.
