Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• OT - Occupational Therapist - Registered license required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and documents findings.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provides safe, effective treatment interventions with thorough documentation.
• Regularly reassesses progress and updates treatment plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.
• Demonstrates competency across diverse patient populations and needs.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized environment and proper use of equipment.
• Mentors and orients new staff and students.
• Ensures accurate billing documentation reflecting services provided.
