Job summary

AdviniaCare Oakland Grove is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, and collaborate with caregivers to support rehabilitation goals.

You will also participate in training staff, document activities, and contribute to program development. A Rhode Island OT license or active licensure process is required; CEU/licensure reimbursement is offered after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• CEU's per state licensure requirements.
• Must possess an OT license in Rhode Island, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact with all levels of staff and customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Standing and walking for significant amounts of time is necessary.

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans.

Job Summary:

AdviniaCare Oakland Grove is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload. You will also participate in the clinical team process, provide teaching and training to caregiver staff, and supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required.

Job Responsibilities:
