Job summary

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a Winthrop, MA school district to welcome an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-district position supports PreK through 12th grade, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse student population in the school setting.

You will provide OT services, complete evaluations, develop and monitor IEP goals, participate in meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
• Appropriate Massachusetts school-based licensure/certification.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across PreK-12th grade
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop and monitor IEP goals related to students' occupational therapy needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school-based teams
• Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes

Salary Range: $70,000-80,000 annually

What You'll Do

Caseload Details

• Full-district position supporting students in PreK-12th grade

• Monday-Friday schedule

• 7.5 hours per day
