Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Winthrop, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-district, onsite role covers PreK–12 and requires collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams to help students participate and succeed in the school environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP goal development, and compliant documentation, with a 37.5-hour workweek and a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license and school-based licensure.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for team environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to PreK–12th grade students.
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals related to OT needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support student outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state requirements.
• Work across multiple grade levels within the district.
