Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Winthrop, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-district, onsite role covers PreK–12 and requires collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams to help students participate and succeed in the school environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP goal development, and compliant documentation, with a 37.5-hour workweek and a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license and school-based licensure.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for team environments.

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a school district in Winthrop, MA to welcome an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-district position supporting students across PreK through 12th grade, providing an opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and support their ability to participate and succeed in the school environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across PreK–12th grade
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop and monitor IEP goals related to students’ occupational therapy needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school-based teams
• Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Provide interventions that support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Full-district position supporting students in PreK–12th grade
• Opportunity to work across multiple grade levels and student populations
