Job summary

RehabVisions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health in the Creston, Winterset, and southwest Des Moines, Iowa areas. This position offers a pay range of $40-$55 per hour, with full-time benefits beginning at 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, developing new programs, communicating with patients and physicians, presenting in-services, and assisting in department operations. A BS/MS/OTD in OT with licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelors, Masters or OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients.
• Plan, market and develop new programs.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists.
• Assist in the general operation of the department.
• Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary.
