Job summary

RehabVisions is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist in Willmar, MN. This role involves assessing and treating patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility and requires a degree in Occupational Therapy. The position offers a pay range of $37/hr to $48/hr, eligibility for student loan assistance, mentorship, and a competitive benefits package including a 401k with company match and unlimited CEU opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy required.
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program is mandatory.
• Must possess or be eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Plan, market and develop new therapy programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Present in-services to fellow therapists.
• Assist in the general operation of the department.
• Supervise COTA's in accordance with state regulations.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:
