Job summary

Role Description

This full-time on-site Occupational Therapist role is located in Wenatchee, WA. The Occupational Therapist will provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and direct intervention to support children’s participation in daily activities at home, school, and in the community. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy programs, and documenting accurate and timely clinical notes. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other therapy professionals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including evaluation, intervention planning, and pediatric treatment techniques.


• Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.


• Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of Washington and graduation from an accredited OT program.


• Prior pediatric clinical experience in outpatient, school-based, or similar settings is preferred.


• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage caseloads effectively, and use electronic health records.
