H2 Health Prime Living in Collierville is seeking an Occupational Therapist for 1:1, geriatric-focused care within a luxury senior living community. The role emphasizes independent and team-based decision making, with a mix of orthopedics, vestibular rehab, and cognitive care.

The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule with no weekends or holidays and access to in-house continuing education and leadership development programs through H2 University.

Qualifications

• Education: graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: prior experience preferred, new graduates welcome.
• Qualifications: active or eligible state license to practice.

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist to residents within a luxury Senior Living community in Collierville!

This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient’s functional needs.

What You’ll Need:

Education:A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Experience:Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Qualifications:An active or eligible state license to practice.
