Job summary

H2 Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care for residents in luxury senior living communities in Pensacola, FL. You will help maintain independence and quality of life through meaningful interventions in a collaborative environment.

Flexible scheduling and a supportive, clinician-led culture are offered, with opportunities to grow across H2 Health’s national network and access to in-house continuing education.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible state OT license
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• New graduates welcome; prior experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy to residents in senior living communities
• Collaborate with home health partners within the community to ensure continuity of care
• Help residents maintain independence and quality of life through goal-directed interventions

Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care to residents within luxury Senior Living communities in Pensacola!

As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you’ll help seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. You’ll also play a vital role in our care continuity approach, collaborating with our home health partners within the same communities to ensure consistency and seamless transitions for both patients and staff.

Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational therapy program

Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
