Job summary

Mind+ Neurology in Brookfield, WI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Neurologic/Vestibular practice. You will work autonomously with physicians and therapists on a focused headache and migraine program, delivering individualized treatment plans.

You’ll evaluate head/neck pain and vestibular conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide outpatient care with no weekends. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or license-eligible)
• Experience treating head/neck pain and vestibular conditions preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and interest in specialized neurologic care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Outpatient clinic hours (no weekends or on-call)

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Neurologic / Vestibular | Brookfield, WI

Full-Time & Part-Time | Starting $44–$50/hr (DOE) + Benefits

About the Role

Join Mind+ Neurology as the principal Occupational Therapist in our Brookfield clinic. You’ll have high clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other therapists on an integrated team focused exclusively on headache, migraine, and neurologic conditions.

This is an opportunity to help build a specialized practice unlike traditional outpatient ortho or hospital settings.
