Job summary

Mind+ Neurology in Brookfield, WI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead our neurologic/vestibular program. You’ll enjoy high clinical autonomy and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and therapists dedicated to headache and migraine care.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Neurologic / Vestibular | Brookfield, WI

Full-Time & Part-Time | Starting $44–$50/hr (DOE) + Benefits

About the Role

Join Mind+ Neurology as the principal Physical Therapist in our Brookfield clinic. You’ll have high clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other therapists on an integrated team focused exclusively on headache, migraine, and neurologic conditions.

This is an opportunity to help build a specialized practice unlike traditional outpatient ortho or hospital settings.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with head/neck pain, vestibular disorders, and related neurologic conditions
• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans with significant clinical independence
• Collaborate daily with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Serve as the primary therapist in the Brookfield location with support from the Director of NeuroIntegrative Therapy

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or license-eligible)
• Experience treating head/neck pain and vestibular conditions preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and interest in specialized neurologic care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Full‑time (32–40 hours) and part‑time options available
• Outpatient clinic hours (no weekends or on‑call)
