Job summary

INTEGRATED LIVING, INC. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist or COTA with pediatric experience to join our dedicated team in Sterling Heights, MI.

The role includes outpatient clinic services as well as in-home visits for children and teens with Autism, ADHD, oral-motor/feeding issues, and mild trauma backgrounds. You will work with a small, experienced team and collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress using our clinic’s specialized equipment,

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or COTA required.

Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Sterling Heights, MI 48313

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist or COTA with pediatric experience to join our dedicated team. Our clinic provides outpatient, clinic-based, and in-home evaluation and treatment services for children and teens with a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD, oral-motor/feeding issues, and occasionally mild trauma backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
• Provide therapy services in outpatient clinic settings as well as in-home visits
• Address a range of pediatric conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, oral-motor and feeding difficulties, and mild trauma
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Utilize clinic’s specialized equipment, including the therapy pool, to enhance treatment outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working with pediatric populations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
