Job summary

Post Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at Long Ridge Civita Care Center in Stamford, CT. You’ll help residents regain independence through hands-on therapy and real-life activity-focused treatment plans.

In this role, you’ll assess function, tailor plans, and communicate with rehab and nursing staff while maintaining compliant documentation. This is a stable full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Pay Range: $42-46/hour | Full-Time

Post Rehab is adding an Occupational Therapist (OT) to our in-house rehab team. This role focuses on restoring independence and improving everyday function for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Summary:

You'll work directly with residents to improve their ability to complete daily tasks, regain confidence, and safely return to their highest level of function. This is a hands-on role where your clinical judgment and creativity make a real impact.
