Job summary

Manhattanville Health Care Center in the Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, design personalized OT plans, and promote independence in self-care and daily activities while coordinating with PTs, SLPs, nurses and physicians.

• Work closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to support resident goals
• Track resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
