Cole Health is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a split schedule between our San Marcos and Schertz clinics in Texas. Open to OT and COTA candidates, with flexible options and a standard 9am-6pm, Monday–Thursday schedule.

Roles include mentorship and growth opportunities, with a strong collaborative environment and mission to improve children's lives. Compensation ranges from $70,000–$85,000 for OT and $59,000–$65,000 for COTA, with clock-in/clock-out pay and potential per-visit

Competitive Compensation

• OTR $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
• COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week
• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
• Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
