Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in St. Pete is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents in a senior living community. You will help maintain independence and enhance quality of life through goal-driven interventions, collaborating with home health partners to ensure seamless transitions.

Flexible scheduling and a consistent caseload in a single community setting support your clinical autonomy and professional growth within H2 Health's national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active state OT license or eligibility to practice.
• New graduates welcome; prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 OT care to residents in a senior living community.

As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you'll help seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. You’ll also play a vital role in our care continuity approach, collaborating with our home health partners within the same communities to ensure consistency and seamless transitions for both patients and staff.

Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational therapy program

Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
