Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Naples, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist for 1:1 care in a luxury Senior Living community. This role offers Part-Time or Full-Time options to support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life through goal-driven interventions, with care continuity across home health partners.
