Heritage Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Roy, UT is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time position within our in-house rehab program.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide rehabilitative treatments while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. New grads are welcome and the team values a collaborative approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• OT license is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries complying with regulatory and clinical requirements.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME

Heritage Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Roy, UT, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.


• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.


• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.


• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.


• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapist license is required.
