Ampersand Therapy LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person role with 0.6 or 1.0 FTE, offering up to $72/hour.

You will work in a K-12 public school setting, collaborate with educators and families, participate in IEP meetings, and provide assessments, treatment, and progress reporting. Washington state licensure and ESA certification are required or achievable.

Qualifications

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license.
• ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) preferred or required.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
