Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics in Punxsutawney, PA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role. The position offers a consistent schedule, hours Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 3:25 pm, and a pay rate of $50/hr for evaluating and treating students.

You will develop IEPs, conduct evaluations, collaborate with educators and parents, and maintain compliant documentation while delivering evidence-based OT services in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials.
• NJ School Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Excellent Compensation

• Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
• OT needed for screening Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
