Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and plan patient care in the Poteau, OK area. You will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise a Plan of Care, and document progress notes while collaborating with the care team.

Applicants must hold an Oklahoma OT license, have 2 years of OT experience, current CPR and Hepatitis profile, and knowledge of durable medical equipment. This is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs and care appropriateness.
• Document, prepare, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical records.
• Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment.
• Coordinate infection control/universal precautions in patient care.
• Assess the patient’s occupational environment (physical, social, cultural).
