Job summary

Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist who will work 8-hour day shifts. This role focuses on discharge planning, patient evaluations, and developing a plan of care to support timely, effective rehabilitation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, California OT license, and BLS certification. Preferred experience in acute hospital settings and familiarity with Meditech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning and performing patient evaluations.
• Establishing and implementing a plan of care.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed.

The Occupational Therapist supports the mission, vision, values and objectives of Saint John's Health Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient's progress.
