Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services to children in a collaborative setting in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate has 1 year of pediatric experience and a strong commitment to developing functional, sensory, perceptual, and motor skills.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, direct services, documentation, home programs, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification current and in good standing.
• Current California OT license through CBOT.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric clinical experience.
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's clinical needs.

• Develop and implement home programs as appropriate.
• Incorporate perceptual, motor, sensory-based, and functional strategies into treatment plans.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure appropriate transition of care.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to occupational therapy interns and volunteers.
• Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and in-service education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare and therapy professionals to support patient outcomes.
• Lead or present training sessions when appropriate.

Salary: $93,500-$110,000 per year, based on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children in a collaborative pediatric therapy environment.
