Job summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and staff, document care, and help patients regain independence with compassionate, patient-centered care. California OT license required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

Compensation

• $58-$62+ per hour , depending on experience
