Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Plainfield, Illinois, is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with Speech-Language Pathologists and other professionals to provide therapeutic interventions to pediatric clients. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for fine motor skills and self-care.

What You’ll Do

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self-care skills, regulation, and more
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
