Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. Lombard, IL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary pediatric team and provide engaging, evidence-based therapy.

You’ll assess clients, design interventions to develop fine motor skills, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation, and support families to carry over treatment goals at home and in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self care skills, regulation, and more.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
