Westside Children's Therapy in Lockport, Illinois, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team. You'll engage in enjoyable and collaborative therapy sessions, specializing in Sensory Integration and Feeding Therapy while contributing to the development of neurodiverse pediatric clients.

The position offers a salary range of $73,000 - $103,500, up to $14,000 in annual bonuses, and extensive perks including a structured mentorship program. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions for fine motor skills, cognition, and more.
• Provide support to families to foster behaviors and practices during treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that help develop client’s fine motor skills, cognition, language skills, self‑care skills, regulation, and more
• Provide support and guidance to the client’s family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Qualifications
