Job summary

Achieva is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention contractor team in Fayette County, PA. The part-time role (~15 hours/week) focuses on in-home services for infants and toddlers, applying routines-based and family-centered coaching approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with families and coordinate with the EI team.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and communication with leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA and state/county regulations are followed; perform additional duties as needed.
