Achieva is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention contractor team in Fayette County, PA. The part-time role (~15 hours/week) focuses on in-home services for infants and toddlers, applying routines-based and family-centered coaching approaches.

• Experience working with infants/toddlers in Early Intervention settings.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support outcomes.
• Capable of thorough documentation and family-centered planning.

Responsabilités

• Conduct developmental assessments and create individualized OT programs for infants and toddlers.
• Provide OT services within EI practices (Routines-Based, Home-Based Coaching).
• Work with IFSP outcomes, identify needs, and recommend interventions.
• Build rapport with families and coordinate with the EI team.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and communication with leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA and state/county regulations are followed; perform additional duties as needed.
