JEWELS Therapy Clinic in Baltimore, MD is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions targeting: fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care and daily living skills, emotional regulation, and functional independence.
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support carryover at home.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinical standards.
• Partner with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, educators, and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Do
