Job summary

The Therapy Spot is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric Clinic. You will work with children to improve fine and gross motor skills, daily living tasks, and overall participation in school and home settings.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus generous benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, IRA with company matching, PTO, short-term disability, unlimited CEUs, licensure reimbursement, and a mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active state OT license required. Maryland license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Perform evaluations and write patient reports.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other therapists to support child progress.

You will provide high-quality services to students based on their evaluations. Conducting assessments and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and other areas.
