Arbor Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for our pediatric outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday work with a collaborative team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide engaging therapy addressing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills, while educating families and coordinating with other therapists and

Qualificações

• Arizona OT license or eligible before start date.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR certification current or ability to obtain.
• Current Fingerprint clearance card.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with pediatric clients and their families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families.
• Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations.
• Complete timely electronic documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development.

Preferred

• Pediatric outpatient experience
